West Coast Park parkrun is cancelled on 15 August 2020: COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

New Year’s Day 1 Jan 2020

Come down to West Coast Park parkrun and celebrate New Year's Day with us. West Coast Park parkrun will be hosting a New Year's Day parkrun this year with a later start of 9am and partnering with Bishan Park parkrun for a New Year’s Day double. Its time to dust off those running and walking shoes from last year's New Year's Resolution and get back into the swing of things. This is a free family event open to everyone, but we do ask that all children under the age of 11 are accompanied by a guardian within arm's length. If you are new to parkrun, all you need to do is register online and bring along a printed barcode, use the following link to register:

This week 64 people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 15 were first timers and 13 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 7 different clubs took part.

West Coast Park parkrun started on 3rd December 2016. Since then 1,183 participants have completed 4,624 parkruns covering a total distance of 23,120 km, including 1,074 new Personal Bests.
