Course Description: The alternative course is a 5km two laps course clockwise around the perimeter of Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park West on tarmac footpaths. The meeting/briefing point is at the rain shelter close to Car Park B on Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1. Starting on the main footpath on the Kallang River side, head west towards Upper Thomson Road, before heading back east parallel to Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 towards Marymount Road.
